Venues contribute to our social enterprise for this role, and we chose to make the service free to retreat leaders in order to all better create enduring transformations in retreat participant’s lives.

How We Support You From Start to Finish

Phase 1: Discovery & Vision

Our journey begins with a few questions to get to know you better, and often a discovery call to hear your retreat vision, understand the ideal venue criteria, and explain the ways we can support you.

Phase 2: Expert Venue Selection

Using your retreat vision, and the criteria developed our discovery together, our retreat experts will review our database of venue partners to hand-select 3-5 options which are best matched to support your retreat.

Phase 3: Choose your Favorite Venue!

Consider the options we prepare for you, and imagine if you could have a successful retreat there with the venue’s amenities and our expert team supporting and guiding every step.

Phase 4: What your Venue Includes, Financial Planning

We’ll review your ideal venue together, clarifying everything they include, and what our experience has been bringing retreats there. We can help you estimate your retreat budgets, from breakeven to sold out, as well as pricing strategies for varying levels of accommodations.

Phase 5: Time for Retreat Planning, Supported!

If you’ve never experienced working on your retreat with an expert local partner, this is where it gets really fun! We’ll share our favorite activity, ecotourism, and program options to bring unique quality and breadth to your retreat, leveraging the incredible connections we’ve developed during the 12 years we’ve supported over 100 retreats in Costa Rica.

We can help you get your retreat sales page and promotional materials dialed in, and share marketing strategies and resources to help expand your reach and grow your retreat business. During the sales we’ll gather guest travel and allergy information, ensuring everyone in your group is cared for the moment they land in Costa Rica.
